  • IS THERE A WIRELESS NETWORK AVAILABLE IN THE PARK?

    You can connect to the ‘FREE BOKRIJK’ wireless network at the food and drink establishments and the entrances to the site. Using the internet through this network is free.

  • HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE BRUEGEL TRAIL?

    You need about a half-day. The trail entails a two kilometre walk and it is also accessible for people with disabilities.

  • CAN MY KIDS RIDE THEIR BIKES AROUND THE OPEN-AIR MUSEUM?

    Generally, cycling is not permitted in the museum, but we are happy to make an exception for children less than 1.2 m tall. Children may therefore use kids’ bikes and scooters in the museum, although they must be supervised by an adult.

  • CAN YOU VISIT THE EXPO WITH YOUR DOG?

    Dogs are allowed in the Open-Air Museum and park free of charge, but they must be kept on a leash.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE USABLE IN THE PARK?

    The Info Centre: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Sodexo culture checks (paper version only), Accor checks (paper version only) and cash. Sint-Gummarus: Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and cash.   • I LOST SOMETHING DURING MY VISIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Lost property is collected at the Domain Police office. It is located at the rear of the Bokrijk Info Centre (Parking 1). You can reclaim your lost property every day between 10:00 and 18:00. You can reach the Domain Police on +32 (0)11 265 320.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE BREUGEL EXPOSITION?

    No, the cost of entry is included in your admission ticket to the Open-Air Museum.
